Acceptance

The difference between an acquaintance and a friend.
A friend and a best friend.
A special person and someone who's not so special.
Lies not in whether we know them enough to appreciate the great qualities  in them.
But most importantly in whether we are aware of their weaknesses yet can live or spend time together with sincere acceptance. To the extent that there is not much to hide between us and them.

Aiwah. Cewah.
Cam doktor relationship dah haku.

Saya nak jadi matang

I wish to be more mature.
To care more about other people than my own self.
To be able to control emotions and respond to situations rationally.

To be able to think like a wise lady while looking like a young girl. Eh? Hahah

Serious lah.
Tukar lah nana, jangan asyik I wish. Make it "I shall"!

Yes. I shall.
I shall complain with smile.
I shall be myself. Kun Ana gitu.
Do best in what I can do best.
To think before I speak and act. Mungkin patut jadi lebih pendiam. Sounds cool eh
To be confident. Haiyakkk💃🏻
To respect others. Respect respect. Bukan semua benda dalam hidup ni competition tahuuu.
To be diligent.
To take things easy while being responsible.
To do less fashion crimes when it comes to outfits. Hahah.
To be able to restrain myself in things I shouldn't do.
To care for friends and family. To let them know that I love them.
To not waste time.
To be more aware that Allah knows what I'm doing.

Please my Lord.
I'm so childish.
I need to be more mature.

Let it be

Sure, we dream and work for things. But there are moments when letting things go makes the best effort.

So be it then.

Just be yourself

You know what dude?
Just be yourself.
People who like you will like you.
People who don't, won't.

You can't please everyone.
People think and favour differently.
That's why having your Lord as the sole entity to please, can actually solve lots of your confusion.
And desperation. Cool giles.

Nameless by Yasmin Mogahed

There’s salvation in admitting defeat.
The peace of prostration.
Just stay still in that position,
With your head lowered.
Freeze.
Wait.
Stay humbled.
Wait.
Stay lowered. Until He raises you.

They’ve searched the world
for what can be found in the quietest corners of a room.
They search a million words for what can only be found in silence.
They create a million names for the nameless.
For what can only be found in wordless thought.

Nameless states.
Stop letting it own you.
Let it go.
Let it go for Him and He will honor you.
He will raise you.

I looked on every street corner,
Inside every store window,
In and through both heartache and beauty,
Inside the story within the story,
Behind the sheet music.

Names. We’re always looking for names.
We try to name all of it.
We think that if only we could name each chain,
they would all break.

Maybe I need to live between.
Between the words, the heart,
the space between earth and sky.
Maybe I could live there.
In the space between knowledge and understanding.
Between love and letting go.
In the place where it stops hurting to be so far away.
The place where you’re already there.
In the nameless.

He said, “She feels like a habit I’ll never break.”
Break.
Break, so you can break.
The strong fall so they can stand.
Fall.

There’s salvation in admitting defeat.
Adam (AS) admit defeat.
Yunus (AS) admit defeat.
Nuh (AS) admit defeat.
Ayoub (AS) admit defeat.
Muhammad (SAW) admit defeat.
How can you claim to be strong?

Sharing from Dr Ishak Masud: Ibadah Friendly Hospital

My short notes from Dr Ishak Masud's sharing in Ustream regarding Ibadah Friendly Hospital.

Dr Ishak is one of the people who set up Kampung Baru Medical Centre or what also known as Al-Islam Specialist Hospital, founder and the first president of IMAM, also playing the role as one of the EXCOs of ABIM, chairman of Islamic Hospital Consortium under Federation of Islamic Medical Association (FIMA) , and the Deputy Chairman of Malaysian Relief Agency (MRA)

For full sharing, here's the Link to the recorded video: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/71941825

    • Concept of health in Islam is holistic. It covers physical, psychological, mental and spiritual.
Islamic World View.
Ianya wajib. Professionalism itu mesti ada. Tapi bukan sekadar itu.
    • The best service can only be given by the best insan.
    • Who are the best insan?
    • As-shuara ayat 80. Yang menyembuhkan itu adalah Allah. We are only tools to get the cure.
The best we can do. We leave the rest to Allah. Fahami konsep rawatan.
      • Preserve religion
      • Preserve life
      • Preserve wisdom
      • Preserve inheritance
      • Preseve wealth
    • 7 best daily practices:
      • Work for Allah
      • Begin our deeds with bismillahirrahmanirrahim
      • Frequently recite subhanallah
      • Thank Allah with alhamdulillah
      • Biasakan menyebut allahuakbar
      • Solat berjemaah
      • Berdoa Allah terima amal kita
    • p/s Dr Ishak also includes the current best practise and prospective facilities and services in Al-Islam Specialist Hospital as an Ibadah Friendly Hospital. Cool!
