Old books

I fancy reading old books which were produced at least 40,50 years back. Regardless of whether they are fictional or non fictional. It's the old time setting that's interesting. It's like someone is telling you what's the IN thing at the moment or what's the current situation like for them. And I always proudly imagine telling the writers, "hello there, I'm a person from  the future. I can let you know that it's really not like this or that."

Saja berangan.
This reminds me of book by Miranda Hart in which she imagined talking to her 20-year-old younger self and corrected her younger self's perceptions.
